Position Overview:
KPGD is looking for a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, driven individual to assist with building exclusive brands as well as the Karen Pearse Brand of products and services. This position must take ownership of and successfully deliver on all assigned projects, accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop exclusive brands, handle all showroom visits and presentations to potential dealers.
Meet with clients in the KPGD showroom, promoting all products and services.
Design and manage showroom space and displays.
Recommend strategies to position the exclusive brands for growth.
Organize exclusive brand launches and promotional events.
Develop content and communication for existing and new products.
Continuously enhance processes efficiencies, reducing time and resource requirements.
Build solid, trusting relationships with customers and suppliers.
Visit client offices.
Qualifications:
Creative thinker, problem-solver, and solutions designer.
Capable of managing multiple, time-sensitive, high-pressure tasks, independently.
Aptitude to pay close, never-ending attention to details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superb organizational skills.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Focused team player with a solid, consistent work ethic, exhibiting professional behavior.
Knowledge of architectural materials, stone, and/or tile, is required.
Interior design experience and knowledge, a requirement.
Must be able to read architectural drawings.
Showroom experience, working with clients, a plus.
