This prestigious accolade celebrates extraordinary individuals whose innovative mindsets and talented contributions as young pioneers and leaders are reshaping the industry landscape.

All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts. Finalists will be honored at the PAVE Gala in New York City this December, where the 2024 PAVE Rising Star Honoree will be announced.
