Position Overview
Accountable for creating and providing value and exceptional service to our customers, while generating and growing profitable business. Creates new opportunities and fosters existing relationships at established accounts to grow revenue, while sustaining a high-level of integrity and accountability.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted valued added sales campaigns that will benefit prospects and customers.
Operate with integrity and communicate genuinely to prospects, customers, and internal team members.
Apply empathy and creativity to consult prospective customers and existing accounts on their packaging and display needs.
Understand and monitor industry trends, news, and technological developments in our markets.
Create and maintain a viable prospect list that keeps the sales funnel full of new and existing customers.
Sell value and generate profitable opportunities with an inquisitive, problem-solving approach to customer challenges.
Respectfully collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Creative Services, Client Services, Quality, and Production.
Comply with company policies and procedures, while living our core values during all daily activities.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating annual sales budget forecasts.
Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls on potential customers.
Capture sales-relevant information such as prospects, existing customers, projects, etc. within CRM Sales Force.
Follow-up on past due collections.
Knowledge of products, machine limitations, and costing variables, and the ability to communicate these to your customers.
Follow-up on customer specifications regarding projects and orders, and communicating direction clearly to internal teams.
Process all required paperwork on a timely basis.
Attendance is an essential function to the job.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Required High school diploma or GED or combined equivalent education and experience
Minimum five years or equivalent experience managing national, regional, or local users of display sales, value-added corrugated packaging, and specialty printing/graphics solutions and related turn-key services.
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to drive
Able to load and unload samples from vehicle
Willing and able to travel up to 50% Nationally
Preferred College degree, preferably in graphics, packaging, marketing, or business.
Experience using CRM software Sales Force and Taskray Corrugated display manufacturing experience
