The PAVE Rising Star Award recognizes young professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in the brand environment industry. Rising Stars are recognized for their ability to anticipate client needs, motivate teams, transform the ordinary into extraordinary, and inspire consumers. These emerging leaders are original, passionate visionaries who show intuitive decision-making, willingness to take risks, ambition, persistence, resourcefulness, and social responsibility.

The award is open to designers, visual merchandisers, store planners, and project managers who are 40 years of age or younger and are engaged in the design or supply of consumer environments.
