PAVE Global Announces Appointment of Two New Officers and Three New Directors


PAVE Global's Board of Directors elected two new officers and three new directors to its board at its recent quarterly meeting.


The new board members of PAVE Global are all leaders in the consumer environments industry who come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wealth of varied talents to help PAVE Global continue to fulfill its mission "to forge vibrant and meaningful connections between design students, educators, and industry professionals from around the world. With diversity and inclusion at the heart of all that we do, we focus on illuminating the diverse range of pathways available to students in the creation of consumer environments by providing access to mentorship, enriching experiences, networking, and financial support to nurture the next generations of design leaders."

As your Past President, I'm honored to serve alongside these esteemed colleagues and look forward to setting a path to success for PAVE Global as we mentor, connect, and inspire our future," said Jerry Fox, PAVE Global Past President. "Additionally, we would like to thank outgoing Past President, Cindi Kato, and outgoing Board Members Murray Kasmenn and Tom Fenton for their outstanding service and dedication to our mission and our cause."

Newly elected officers serving three-year terms are:

  • President – Joe Baer, ZenGenius

  • Vice President – Karen Pearse, KPGD


Newly elected directors serving three-year terms are:

  • Alberto Pavanello, Estee Lauder

  • Christine Sturch, Whole Foods

  • Monica Harriss, Marriott International
