Hollywood, Fla. (June 19, 2024)— PAVE Global is pleased to announce the opening of the submission window for the 2024 Inspired by Design: PAVE Student Visionary Award. This prestigious annual award honors and acknowledges rising student visionaries who are anticipated to revolutionize the industry with their groundbreaking concepts and designs, making a positive impact through design.
"This award allows us to support and celebrate the next generation of talented visionaries shaping the bright future of our industry. We were blown away by the incredible talent displayed by last year's finalists for the inaugural Student Visionary Award," said Dash Nagel, PAVE Global's Executive Director. "We cannot wait to see the innovative, thought-provoking work submitted by students across North America for the 2024 edition.”
One exceptional student will be selected as the 2024 PAVE Student Visionary and awarded:
$7,500 cash prize
An invitation to the 2024 PAVE Gala in NYC to be honored, including covered travel, hotel, and per diem expenses
$1,000 grant to the student's school/department
To enter, current undergraduate and graduate students in design, architecture, or visual merchandising programs must submit four 11x17 inch boards showcasing their pre-existing design work that is innovative and exemplifies creativity through one of these topics:
Human-centered Design
Inclusive/Universal Design
Cultural Awareness/DEI
Contemporary/Reactive Design
Sustainability/Adaptive Reuse
