Artist Statement: "’P’ Stands for Part of Something Bigger" is a design close to my heart as a recipient of multiple accolades from PAVE. This design is born out of a deep belief in the power of connection and collaboration throughout infrastructural industries. In creating this piece, I wanted to capture the feeling that, whether we realize it or not, we're all contributing to something larger than ourselves—especially in the world of design.
The shapes and colors in this design represent more than just abstract forms; they symbolize the diversity of ideas, the different perspectives, and the unique talents that each of us brings to the table. The letter "P" isn't just a letter here—it's a reminder that our individual contributions, no matter how small, are integral to building something meaningful. This design was inspired by the PAVE Global PAVE Gala, a celebration of creativity and community. For me, it's a visual representation of the idea that we're all interconnected, that our work, our passion, and our creativity are pieces of a bigger puzzle. Together, we create spaces, moments, and experiences that resonate far beyond the individual.
In this artwork, I see the potential of what we can achieve when we come together. It’s a reflection of my belief that every designer, every architect, every creator is essential to shaping the future.
